Called today and said that if I didn't get an honest answer I was filing a complaint. I have no faith in them or their guarantee so I am cancelling the order. If I can get the deposit back it'll be a miracle but I'm not giving them another cent. This was through Carports dot com and they shuffled me off to a company called Coast to Coast Carports.
