As determined when I called back, the had the wrong person based on the birth date of the person they were trying to locate. My father was born in 1930 and the person they were looking for was born in 1991.

Jun 10, 2011 · The letter we received is totally useless. It lists a telephone number to call in four places - AND IT IS A FAX MACHINE. Theysuggest paying by internet banking is an option. My bank does not even recognize them as a valid payee. Really - are we living in Canada or some "other" country where contsant harassment and threats are a way of life.
