Jan 17, 2020 · After repeated phone calls and emails, I finally received an email response that eLayaway was "not able to fulfill the item(s)." I was told that I would receive a refund. To my surprise I was only refunded $1900.96 on the refrigerator and $1200.01 on the MaBook. eLayaway kept $179.20 for layaways that they cancelled.

After finding something alot cheaper i called the store to cancell the order. I was told that they had a no refund policy if the purchase was over 48 hours.
