Jul 22, 2010 · Hi all, we travelled with Jet2 in early June to Rome and on our return our checked in baggage was completely trashed. Thankfully everything inside the suitcase was undamaged but the case itself is completely ruined and now unusable.

We suffered loss of baggage on a Jet2. Com flight for a four day break in Barcelona and that was August 2013. We like many others tried to complain but was dealt with poorly so we decided to take legal action. We won our case at the Burnley Courts on the 11-July-2014 and Jet2.Com will now have to pay over £2000.00 in compensation/costs.

Jet2holidays very efficient. Jet2holidays were very friendly and helpful when I booked our holiday to Montenegro. We are going in June and have been recently notified of a slight change in our transfer arrangements. I spoke to a young man in their Travel Services Team who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Very efficient company.
