Jan 10, 2016 · I have received an email from Jetstar saying my booked flight has been cancelled and they proposed a substitute flight, which is almost 3 hours earlier than my booked flight. I cannot take their proposed flight due to work but I see no intention from Jetstar to refund my money (it was a sale fare). But this is clearly not my fault.
