Which they didn't. Another airline assisted us in locating one of the two bags. The other one is still at large and after we have emailed Jetstar they have evaded all responsibility. Most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. Definitely telling everyone out there to avoid this airline at all costs.

We flew from Melbourne to Uluru, and we could not fault the crew of Jetstar, they went above and beyond to help us out from check-in to departure, 10/10 to you all.
