Secondly the rates that USPS offers and Chit Chat's low fees have helped us stay competitive in a market where most items are sold in the USA. We started using Chit Chat when Canada Post went on strike in 2016 and we haven't gone back since. I can't recommend Chit Chats enough if you ship a decent volume of items to the United States regularly.
