Kaplan University is a huge rip off. It is not a good school once they are claiming you owe money that you really don't and they charge you money and higher rates that you don't even know about.

Aug 08, 2018 · My claim was that Kaplan University violated IC 21-18.5-6-16. The judge ruled that Kaplan did indeed violate this code but that the Indiana Attorney Generals office was not going to prosecute them. I filed an appeal to this decision because also under this chapter Kaplan University should have been charged for specificly violating chapter 16.
