I also had to book another room. For several month now I am writing e mails back and forth with otel.com.

On completing the booking I received an email from Trivago to say my booking for my chosen hotel was being processed by Otel.com. Several minutes later I received an email confirmation of my booking from Otel.com but a totally different hotel, which was a £5 a night very very basic hotel / hostel.
