The Koodo customer service is the worst possible thing I've ever dealt with. It is 3pm on a Friday and I need to speak to a rep and boom "YOU'RE NOW GONNA RECEIVE TEXT FROM KOODO ASSIST TO SCHEDULE A CALL BACK, AND HANGS UP" THE NEXT AVAILABLE CALL BACK IS NEXT DAY 10AM???!!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST DIFFICULT THING TO DEAL WITH.

Went in for an upgrade. Koodo says they will wave (pay off) the $75 I still owed on my tab. So I go for it. $75 appears on my bill. They say it will disappear. It doesn’t and three months later, they want their money and say that the representative was wrong. Even though that rep was in the phone with Koodo head office to verify the deal.
