I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. The first time I ordered blinds, we waited the standard 6 weeks for installation and then they arrived missing both of our bedroom blinds. Kresta had no urgency to rectify, my husband and I had to chase and chase for them to come and install the missing blinds which took another 7 weeks.2.6/5(841)

Kresta Blinds and consumer law failure. Kresta Blinds owes me $613 for the last four months and have repeatedly failed to respond to my requests for re payment. I paid $613 as 50% deposit for a blind in July. In Sept I was told that it was no longer going to be available and that I would be reimbursed.
