By this stage, I had called Consumer Affairs Victoria and started a case against Kresta. It was only after I told them I was going to progress my case with Consumer Affairs that they said they would ask head office for approval to get a refund.

I think most people would consider a call out fee for a warranty job as completely unreasonable and not enforceable. Tell them you don't agree to it and if they refuse to come to the party take it up with your consumer affairs department.

We had a fence built by a local company cost around five grand to cut a long story short the job was shoddy the materials used were of the wrong standard and there were holes in it (chain link ) that should not have been there .
