I certainly would not recommend kylintv to anyone. Their bad billing process and errors will cost you a credit score dents. This kind of business practice is not acceptable. The customer shall be able to cancel the service. KylinTv shall not charge the people's credit card without their consent, shall not charge the people for the service they refuse to use. So, I googled “KyLinTV” to see what sort of reviews were out there for it. What I saw got me concerned because I saw a lot of complaints about bill handling and some complaints about available programming and image quality of the service on HDTVs.
