Dec 11, 2009 · Landmark brought out a Thermo-gun to test the windows and a unit they replaced last week was 3 degrees colder then the unit beside it and a 9' patio door that is over 10 years old and drafty rated 5 degrees warmer than any of the units Landmark installed.

The worst part is that the company has used the same call out list for over 11 years and so you may speak to a person that has already received a call that day. They yell at you and threaten you. Response from Landmark Window Systems: We thank you kindly for your feedback. Landmark sincerely apologise for having to move the installation date at short notice. We did not notice to late on that our supplier had sent a wrong part for the windows, hence us having to move the installation date.
