Feb 13, 2013 · The new lender contacts Landsafe to request the appraisal be transferred from Countrywide/Bank of America to the name of my new lender because Landsafe have to be the point of contact for anything regarding this appraisal. Then the new lender gets a bill for $175 for cutting and paste-ing a new name and address on an appraisal.

These Appraisal Restrictions are getting out of hand! I understand that part of the benefits to a System such as LandSafe's is that is cuts down on "Relationships" between Lenders and Appraisers to ensure that over-inflated appraisal values aren't rampant...which got us into this whole mess.

The down side to working at Landsafe was full time/part-time availbility. Working in teams is great advice. Lots of orders in metro area, as the market changes the total workload fluctuates. Change in forms decreased productivity and having to pay the second company for orders decreased income.3/5(13)
