I recently posted a question about what company people recommended to go to see Santa in Lapland, and I think we are looking at Canterbury Travel or Nordic Experience for 3 nights, but can find very little reviews or forums about either company, especially Nordic Experience, which I think may be our first choice.

In doing so we lost a night of the trip, so we now had a 2-night stay in Sariselka in the north of lapland where there was lots of snow. We also got shoved onto a Santa’s Lapland package which I was sold as an upgrade. I knew it was dodgy when Santa’s Lapland immediately took there booking systems offline.

Absolutely wonderful experience, and so very well organised, Santa’s Lapland staff genuinely interested in our ensuring we all got the most out of our experience and made sure we didn’t miss out on anything. We stayed at santas holiday club and found the hotel rooms to be on the basic and dated side, however clean and serviceable.
