Feb 07, 2012 · Our sales representative had stated that if we buy the extended warranty that is would cover any issue we would have within the time period, and it would be a full replacement. Less than two years into the agreement we have requested our set to be replaced, but the customer service representative stated it would only be replaced if the couch was torn or ripped.
