Lighting Direct will not publish bad reviews!!! I recently purchased a chandelier from Lighting Direct. When it arrived I installed it and when I tested it ,it did not work. I took it all down again and took it apart to find that nine runs of lamp cord were all tied together with a single wire nut.

Disappointing experience. I recently placed an order on lighting direct and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received! Not only I didn’t receive the product on time from Hermes (without any explanations and had to take a day off from work - it arrives a day later) but when mentioning the issue to Lighting Direct, I didn’t get any answer and felt that I’ve been ignored.
