On Dec. 10th, Les Schwab corporate office called one of their employees and FIRED him for helping 2 neighbors fix their car. He purchased parts from Les Schwab with his 10% discount and did the labor for free. The 2 neighbors were on welfare or otherwise financially unable to get the car repaired.Author: Les Schwab Tires

It seems Les Schwab Tire Centers rips-off their customers and their neighbors too! I myself have been very lucky? In the last 15+ years I have had only 1 or 2 minor problems with Les Schwab tire centers in western washington. Almost all of my vehicles have les schwab installed tires on them and the customer service always very good.

Jun 06, 2011 · It shouldnt have come to this but I contacted the corporate office of Les Schwab to get my money back. I sent them a detail fax explaining my problem. Fortunately, they called me and told me they would take care of this situation. A day later the Les Schwab that I bought the wheels at contacted me and told me to come in to get a refund.
