Apr 22, 2015 · Third it is not that easy for me to go to LHDN office and highlight this matter to them the reason is my home office is in Kuala Lumpur and I work 8AM - 5PM Mon to Fri and stay in Klang. I am sure LHDN is closed on weekends. On the other hand I did went twice to KL office almost 2 years ago to get back my refund for the year 2013.

I have been contacting the extention no, hp no.. but no one picked up the calls. 2nd time complaint they said that my 2016 claim was being audited and they told me that I have to wait 90 working days before refund can be made.
