Loopnet has sent Amex 8 pages of my sign-up agreement which proves exactly nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Loopnet's manner of treating customers is despicable. They are not decent people. Loopnet has continued placing charges after the credit card used was expired and the customer hadn't been using their service. Decent people would have credited at least a portion of the timeframe during which the customer had not used their service. But not Loopnet.
