A very unreasonable and unprofessional company. If you are a block of flats looking for a company for property management, I would strongly recommend that you do not use Mainstay Residential. We have our property management with another company called Remus, who I have to say are very honest and really do work with you, not against you.

Hi countrywide property management try and get you to use there maintanace company for repairs 5 times the cost of a local maintance company. Also very slow getting back to you unless its a repair that needs doing and they wont to quote for work. The rats have chewed at our car causing unnecessary damage and repairs. Mainstay have not offered any refund but are not giving up as that car has cost us enough lately. Totally unacceptable from a company who is supposed to be maintaining the health and safety of the property. The big bin and recycling area is a health hazard.
