Jun 12, 2019 · Unless you have evidence you give up. A claims company are not going to be able to help with something that old. Under Data Protection the Yorkshire Bank will have rightly destroyed any records from that long ago. It is also unlikely a mortgage PPI complaint would be upheld anyway.
