I feel really bad for Mainstreet Equity Corp. property managers really. There's one of them to manage between 8 and 12 buildings. It's no wonder why there is such an incredible turnover, the crap these guys have to deal with! These overworked resident managers can greatly effect your time at Mainstreet Equity.

Sep 25, 2017 · I currently live in a Mainstreet equity owned building. Having heard such terrible things about them for years I reluctantly sign a one year rental agreement in January of this year. Since I've moved in they have completely replaced a faulty dishwashing unit, new toilets and added new pin code locks to all apartment suites.
