The first and last time I shop with Matalan. Firstly, I rarely shop at Matalan. It’s not a place I’d go to for clothes, I go in at Christmas to look at their decorations and that’s about it basically. Anyways I ended up ordering online on Monday 10th and paid for next day click and collect for £1.99.

I called into the store to check if it had actually arrived. I was greeted by the most aggressive female store supervisor, who as I arrived was speaking to a member of her staff in a rude and aggressive manner.
