May 14, 2016 · Mattamy's general philosophy is to do the minimal work to meet code, then wait until the buyer moves in and complaints about issues before fixing them. The thing is that all of these builders hire the same set of contractors, but the difference is how the construction company (Mattamy, etc) and the site builder in charge of the project manages these contractors to fix issues and aim for high quality.
