All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

MaxTool send me one a few weeks ago offer several Dewalt 20 volt tools at a nice reduced price plus 4 batteries (2 5 amp hour, 1 4 amp hour and 1 3 amp hours) free. When I did the math comparing just the value of the 4 batteries against my local hardware store prices the tools became about $50 each.
