Mcgills are in a hell of a state just now. They were 57 drivers short across all 3 depots about a month ago. Had managers and even inspectors out driving buses. All because people keep leaving them due to their poor treatment of staff. Trying to pin customer complaints on incorrect drivers because they cant be bothered checking the recordings.
