Apr 05, 2012 · MeasureComp had done the measuring and overcharged Home Depot by approx $800. Two boxes of tiles returned to Home Depot for credit (approx $150). Home Depot won't credit our account until MeasureComp issues refund to them. Called MeasureComp 800-248-8982, option 4 (chargeback) to try to expedite the matter.

I just wish Measurecomp was an honest company (Its problems seem to go from the top down) and was a lot more fair with its techs. Hard to make a living off of $14 per measure and then subtract all of the considerable expenses.

The complaint is vague. MeasureComp does not "charge" anything.They do a site measure and inspect of home. They assess all of the required prep and materials to complete the job and maintain the Manufacturers warr. They build a quote based on the observations logged by the tech that goes to the home. They provide the quote to the store for sale.
