Every mechanic plays this game and the actual labor is never what the "book" says. In this case it was less than half. Still they have us over a barrel at this point. So bigger complaint is that when I called back to find out why they didn't roll the $99 diagnosis charge in to the work the very next day AND didn't give us the 10% discount.

I took my car to another mechanic shop up on my friends recommendation to S&G automative on 1604 and lock-hill selma. They fork lifted my car and showed me what is exactly wrong with my car, they showed me that the power steering clamp for the hose "your mechanic" replaced is loose and all they need to do is tighten that clamp to fix the leak.4/5(28)
