Jan 30, 2019 · I don't believe the problem here is ESP throttling, it's due to a bad reputation on this ip address caused by a user presumably at mailgun which affects everyone using this shared ip address. I googled how to fix this and it seems that it's incredibly difficult to solve with yahoo and the owner of the ip address has to deal with it.

May 16, 2018 · Dear EQ, I am running an e-mail server for a specific domain and one of our mailboxes got probably hacked. The mailbox was used to send 7000+ e-mails in bulk, resulting in what seems to be a ban from major email service providers like yahoo, live, gmail, outlook etc.

Perhaps (if Yahoo is referring to your IP address, yes), but it may also refer to our SMTP server IP address; in that case it may be another user that has caused this temporary block. If you have been sending regular mail, it is most likely our SMTP server that is temporary blocked instead of your personal IP address. How can I fix this?
