Feb 09, 2020 · Have a read of the reviews on 'productreviews.com.au'. Metricon have got a fair bit of bad feedback here and the complaints are similar to yours in lots of cases. Obviously people to take more time to complain about stuff rather than praise a company but the bad write-ups on this website are consistent regarding the finishing on their homes.

Feb 16, 2015 · He said they get complaints 10% of the time, but in actuality they stuff up half the time the but if you're not a builder then you can't tell anyway. He has a friend who built with Metricon, after the house was finished it was missing a window in one of the rooms.
