MetriCON Homes... Bad workmanship. published 3 weeks ago. After laying our slab then bricks and roof they THEN found issues with our pipe work. Dug thru our slab (compromising our home) and took weeks and weeks to repair. Delivered wrong tiles TWICE, then put dents/cracks in our tiles at handover. Feb 09, 2020 · Metricon have got a fair bit of bad feedback here and the complaints are similar to yours in lots of cases. Obviously people to take more time to complain about stuff rather than praise a company but the bad write-ups on this website are consistent regarding the finishing on their homes.

Feb 16, 2015 · Metricon on the other hand are completing homes in Victoria alone at a rate of approximately 7 per day, and not only can they not tell me when the house will be ready, but they can't tell me when they will be able to tell me it's going to be ready. I would say that 6 months for contract + build is quite honestly the most utter load of BS ever.
