Metrocast is a horrible cable company. When I try to call customer service I'm on hold for TWO HOURS and that is not an exaggeration. They overcharge for everything! The only thing that is OK is the internet service. Haven't had that many problems with it yet but the TV sucks. The channels suck and they charge extra for HD which isn't worth it.
