May 10, 2009 · A couple years ago, we mortgaged our house at M & I. When we questioned the rate of 7.5%, they said that was a very good deal. Now, we know that rates are much lower and being on a small, fixed retirement income, we thought we could lower our payment by about $200.

Sep 24, 2019 · BMO Harris acquired the bank I had all my accounts with for 30 plus years-M&I Bank. I was all in with M&I and had all my checking, savings, mortgage, line of credit, credit card, online banking, bill pay and brokerage accounts with them. Worst bank! We have had the mortgage with them since M&I bank. We have an automatic payment taken out of our account and they haven't put it thru and now we call and they say they haven't gotten a payment for 3 years which is a lie we have proof we have now talked to 4 different people and keep getting put on hold and getting the run around!1.1/5
