Ulterra, Terrova and Riptide Terrova motors: When these models are equipped with either i-Pilot or i-Pilot Link you can still use your corded foot pedal to control the motor. PowerDrive and Riptide PowerDrive motors: When these models are equipped with i-Pilot you cannot use your corded foot pedal to control the motor.

Mar 29, 2010 · The i pilot is awesome....The Terrova has the foot control which i hardly use...the turning is alot slower then your normal cable foot control...but u will get use too it...once you learn how too use all the features theres really no use for the foot control...i only use the right / left arrows on the foot control to make minor adjustments when in auto pilot I recorded a track too fish my cove ...

So it feels and behaves like a standard cable steer trolling motor, but it has a lot more functionality and performance because of the electronic motor assists to the shaft.
