So they wanted me to go on the Mirena. I looked online, read reviews, and everything seemed great. My doctor told me about how wonderful it was, etc.

Dec 28, 2011 · Mirena IUD. I had Mirena for 5 years, had it removed and a new one inserted. Since the new one I have had yeast infection after yeast infection. It just doesn't seem to go away. Reading everyone else's complaints and symptoms makes me realize that I have a lot of the same symptoms. I never would have associated these symptoms with Mirena.
