Oct 10, 2012 · The rule still applies--An agency, or scout that asks you for a fee up front, with no job is a SCAM. I checked out modelscouts.com and they are asking for $69.00 for 6 months! That's outrageous . What do you get in return? Nothing but loosing out on money. At least at Model Mayhem you get services promised for a tiny fee.
