Nov 12, 2019 · ICICI Money2India is useless and the service is also bad. They play with our money and make profit for themselves. I did a Money2India Transfer from US to India and the transfer was supposed to happen in 1 hour but it is more than 24 hours and the transfer has not taken place, when enquired with customer service they inform that it would take another 24 hours.

I had put a request on (tracking number M2N12815249) 07.02.2012 to send 1000 Euros from my husband's Deutsche Bank account to my own ICICI Bank account in India. After 4 days I got a mail from Money2India that the request could not be processed. Reason being I cannot send money from his account through my Money2India account to my bank account.
