It was not Monitronics but a service dealer. If you still have your copy of the carbon receipt and it does show that it was revised after you signed it then the service dealer migh have a problem. Monitronics only monitors alarms and uses a network of local companies to perform service.

Agree Cliff, Monitronics was the main competitor to ADT in the early 00's but they have slid behind. Part of that can be attributed to the dealer program you mentioned and also a lack of presence online and in neighborhoods. They have written in their contract that you need to cancel 30 days prior or you will be billed another month. When you go to cancel they can also take up to 48 hours to send you the DocuSign that you need to sign.7.8/10
