Apr 24, 2012 · Just had call from 02034 639370. Claiming to be Monument and saying I could have all my payments back. They kept saying it was PPI but Monument didn't sell PPI it was Payment Break Plan. Put the phone down but they keep ringing. Gather some people have been taken in by this and parted with "administration costs". Thank goodness for caller display.
