All of the moving coordinators really work hard for their customers, and they treat all the providers well. We had to provide insurance docs before we could do work for them, and we are responsible for claims.

When the movers at the destination began to unpack the truck they found many boxes and pieces of furniture that were damaged or destroyed because the truck was packed so poorly in Atlanta.
