Jul 06, 2010 · I was having problems with my computer( printer couldn't print pdf files so I opted for MyCleanPC. They did clean my pc but could not fix the prinyter problem. I had already paid the 99.95 so I was out that fee. At the end of the month I got a 19.95 withdrawal from my bank account. They said I had consented to a monthly support. I had not.

They charged me $109.99 to clean my system. After the thorough clean I could't access the MyCleanpc web site at all. So I called the specialist who cleaned my computer in the first place to fix it. I ended up calling My Clean PC back to cancel their service and get my money back.
