They charged me $109.99 to clean my system. After the thorough clean I could't access the MyCleanpc web site at all. So I called the specialist who cleaned my computer in the first place to fix it. I ended up calling My Clean PC back to cancel their service and get my money back.

I do not want My clean PC to take any more money from my card. they did not do what they said they would do. this is a money scam if they take any more money from me I will turn them in to BBB. there better not be any thing taken again. it is a scam. there product does not work a tech could not help

I had already paid the 99.95 so I was out that fee. At the end of the month I got a 19.95 withdrawal from my bank account. They said I had consented to a monthly support. I had not.
