Jun 26, 2012 · The 0845 number was for days the only number NatWest had asked people to ring. The other two numbers only appeared in the last two days, and were so well hidden that hardly anyone could find them. Same applies for the online facility for callback. If Natwest don't want people to ring them on 0845 numbers, they can take these numbers out of operation.

Endless drama with them. To name one, I got a new bank account with a different bank because of how shocking Natwest are. I changed over 7 direct debits all with no issue whatsoever and did so over the phone. Natwest said I couldn't change my loan direct debit over the phone, I have to send a mandate in the post. Did so, they lost it.
