Apr 14, 2008 · NatWest are a prime lender, off thier own balance sheet. They do squeaky clean and thats it. Thats thier lending policy. It doesnt mean they are being harsh. Its never a good idea to go direct to your bank for a mortgage anyway. It means you limit youself to about 0.3% of the mortgage market.
