No return address, only a phone number and offering Premier Comprehensive warranty insurance for my Nissan UT. I checked on-line and determined that Nissan does not make a model called UT.

Oct 04, 2011 · I thought this was a recall notice for my Honda Civic-which was printed on the outside of the envelope-no discernible company name but a lot of threatening language about fines, and '2nd attempt' also to make it seem urgent - 1-800-483-1759 is NAVISS whatever that is.As indicated above, it's a warranty scam.
