Jun 17, 2010 · I purchased a house in NC a little over a year ago and I find that my buyer's agent misrepresented the property. He is now hiding behind his firm, Allen-Tate, even though he admitted his mistake in front of witnesses. I am thinking a filing a complaint against him with the AG office and real estate commission as well as filing a suit against them.
