The NCL rep did say that he had no power to change the offer but he would listen to our concerns. He did get an ear full of complaints. And the next day, we got another offer from NCL that was a reimbursement of $500 per person (max $1000 per cabin) and a 100% future cruise credit (up to the cost of the current cruise less taxes and fees, etc).2/5

Loved Versailles restaurant. Our cabin steward Francis was wonderful. Service was usually excellent. My son and his girlfriend were first-time cruisers and LOVED the experience. We were sad to leave the NCL Star. The crew works very hard and the ship, recently reconditioned, was in great shape. No real complaints at all. Loved it!5/5

The ship was very nice, though too many floors to go up that were just staterooms. Would be better if common areas more interspersed. Going upstairs (we didn’t use elevators - they were just too crowded and took forever) we had to constantly climb through floors 9-15 with no stopping points.4.2/5

The 70's show and Cirque were very entertaining, especially the ballroom dance couple. Great on-board shopping. Only minor complaints: The "kids" pool is too deep at 5' for my kids, it should have a 3' section. Get to the pool before 9am if you want a chair on the pool deck, everybody saves chairs on their way to breakfast.
