Jan 28, 2014 · Good luck with that, NCP don't care about complaints in their car parks. The only time they have a mild interest is if its a car park they run under contract for someone else. At that point they'll listen just in case you go to the car park owners. Generally they treat the motorist as a cash cow and don't care about complaints or refunds.

Panic set in but pressed the assist button. Explained my dilemma to the slightly grumpy voice who explained that the wonderful NCP ParkPass could only be used at certain NCP car parks as listed on the online NCP website. He said that St Benedict's car park in the city could be used but regrettably is 2 iles away from the airport.

Feb 20, 2012 · Took 2 teenage girls to an event on Saturday 18 02 12 which was fantastic,great venue etc. However, we parked in the NCP car park opposite Manchester Cathedral @ 13.30pm & returned to the car @16.00pm to drop off some shopping & somebody had screw drivered the n/side lock & broke in. Fantastic!! This happened in broad daylight outside & ruined our whole experience.1/5(2.7K)
